Our 3 Answers offering is for busy leaders who need clear, well-rounded, answers to their burning questions so they can have informed conversations with peers, constituents, and their leadership regarding Smart City options, strategies tactics. The presentation of the answers will include the landscape references, real-world examples, lessons learned, trends, and pitfalls associated with Smart City projects and programs. The purpose and goal for these presentations is to provide 8-10 slides of useful content for reuse by the client.

The deliverable is NOT all-inclusive and will answer the 3 questions submitted. The micro-engagement scope is limited to 10 hours of consulting work. The presentation of the answers will take place via online web session with a conference call sharing a screen with the client view a PowerPoint presentation with content to be discussed and considered during the length of the call, and if required, in follow up Q/A sessions. The presentation will be emailed to the client.
